I brush my teeth about two times a day. Sometimes, I'll use a proxy brush throughout the day if I have stuff stuck in my wires.

As for flossing. I do that practically EVERYDAY, usually at night.

Well, I have Damon brackets. Couldn't tell you how good they are as I have only had braces on for a little over a week.
