I have used mouthwash in between cleanings with my aligners in before and have had no problems yet (Im on #13 of 22)....I find it helps me curb bad breath

I am on tray upper 10 of 22 and 1 of my lower (out of 11) and I have just recently started seeing changes to my front upper teeth. I think the trays were moving my back teeth up until now, so it is just beginning to become noticable when I smile in the mirror

I second waiting2smile's advice. I tried gum once and it was a sticky mess that was not worth all the clean up!

I had zero lisp when I got my uppers (on 8 of 22 right now) I was able to talk completely normal, however, I am due to get my lowers next week and was told I might have a lisp then

I drink white wine and beer with them in all the time (Im on number 8 of 22 on the top). I just clean them really well when I get home, so far so good...by the time they get gross, its time to change them anyways

As far as I know, no you cannot view your clincheck online. The "Im a patient" tab is really for referrals (and a bonus check thing you get if you refer people to Invisalign)

I use RetainerBrite, but since that can get costly...I also soak mine in mouthwash and rinse with water. I know many people say this will stain them, but by the time the two weeks comes up to switch them, mine are still clear and clean

Yes, the actual trays are thinner than the retainers...I actually forget when the trays are in my mouth sometimes
