I'm still getting pre-braces treatments (gum grafting, tooth capping etc) so don't have them yet but...yup...I've become hyper vigilant about which adults I see in everyday life has braces and who NEEDS braces. I try not to stare and I'd never tell anyone they needed braces.

Too true, Meryaten - most of the shows do go for the quick fix :roll: (bleaching and veneers) rather than what would be best for the patient (braces, oral health education etc).
