Surgery in 9days!
Ok so I get surgery done on Sept 7. It's a three piece maxila and it's for both upper and lower jaw. I see my surgeons tomorrow to talk about the extra details but that is all I know for now. I might have to have my jaws wired shut but I'm hoping that I won't have to. I will post post-op pics as so...

Hey there, I had 8 teeth taking out within one day and I ate the same day. I ate mashed potatoes, yogurt, milkshakes, jello, and soup. you should be able to eat within 8 days depending on how you cure. Thanks to everyone for your replies. They really helped me out a lot.
My surgery was supposed to be next month, august 07 but it has been pushed back to either september or october. : ( I can't wait any longer.

I'm getting orthognathic surgery within three months and I am worried about weight loss. I am 5'3, 110lbs. I do not want to lose any more weight and am trying to gain weight if anything. Can anyone tell me how much wait they approximately loss
