I will be getting my nance and braced on June 26th. I just got fitted for the bands, another impression, bands removed and seperators put back in. 1st Bicuspid on right side will be removed this wed. I am super excited to walk around missing one tooth for 11 days before anything is put in my mouth. ...

Well everything went smoothly. He ended up staying home anyway, not because of pain but because of time! We were there for a couple hours. So far so good!!! We'll see about sleeping with it!

My son and I both have appts. for bands tomorrow morn @ 9:45. His are for head gear and mine are for a nance. Anyway... I was wondering how much pain to expect on his end???
Should I expect to keep him home the for the rest of the day?

Well I go Monday to get banded and maybe fitted for it?
He said so much stuff so quickly that I am not sure if it is something to get fitted for or made on the spot or if I am supposed to have my tooth removed first. I'm confused! can you tell???

My ortho told me he was putting one in my mouth and I am dying to know if anyone else out there has one and what it's like etc...
