The inside of my mouth looks like a war zone, it's all scars from wires cutting and poking, funny thing is even when it heals you can feel the scar. I also feel asleep on my cheek the one time and woke up with a 2 cm cut...wax is a life saver in these situations

Elastics post surgery

I know these are questions to ask my surgeon, but I'd like as much info upfront as possible. I'm doing my BSSO on the 24th of July. I know that I'll have elastics to keep my jaws together as my ortho is putting in "hooks" for them the day before...just wondering how long after the surgery ...

A giant sized bowl of extra butter popcorn..... oh how I sooooooo miss popcorn...it is in fact the only thing besides caramel toffees that I just haven't managed to eat....and it will be the first thing I eat when I get disbanded!!!
