Thanks for the advice. My doc never told me these things, so thanks for the advice. I have to really get better about it. I am gonna try that new sensodyne toothpaste for stregthening the enamel. I'm gonna have like 2 or 3 types of toothpaste. lol

Does soda really weaken the ceramic? that's what a coworker told me

Thanks for the words of encouragement. When he did the adjustment the other day, I had tears streaming down my face it hurt so bad. It's getting better. I have a bew found appreciation for JellO!

I brush 3 to 4 times a day. It usually depends on what I eat. I try to floss nightly, but sometimes I am wore out and skip

I have had mine since May 3rd. I just had an adjustment done and it is driving me nuts! I have a powerchain on and it is making the top right side of my mouth sore and I can't chew on that side
