so me and my friend were playing around and she kinda hit my mouth haha :lol: well my lower "permanant retainer" popped loose from my lower right kanine. its shifted over the other teeth and my ortho won't do anything about it. should i go see someone else, or should i just not worry about...

Went for my second adjustment last week. Found out that a wire that had been cutting my jaw, was really out of place. It had come unattached on the right side and was sliding out on the left top. My mother had clipped it because it was cutting so bad. Guess next time I should ask what is going on. N...

Don't worry you won't swallow it, and no it won't conform to your teeth because if it did you could just as well keep on with the habit. Just aslong as you don't form a habit on chewing it you'll be fine.

I'm fairly new to this and yet I can say your teeth are slightly worse than mine. The right side of my jaw doesn't even touch. But just looking at the picture of the spacers bring back lovely memories. But I hope your teeth are doing well! Good luck on the rest of your journey!
