I had 2 canines that were up high and the bracket for one of them fell off after about 1.5 months. When she put it back on, it moved into alignment within a month and now looks perfect. The other one however, is only 80 % down, and looks twisted. I'm thinking he might pop it off and reposotion it so...

I had a headache during the beginning of treatment, it along with the teeth pain was so bad i felt like throwing up. Advil made it ok, and it went away eventually.

I actually had swollen glands the whole first 2 weeks of my braces. I had alot of pain at first and inflamation. It felt like strep throat without the strep. I just figured it was sensitivity to the cement and glue, which in my case, it probably was.

I had one bracket on the bottem that hit my top tooth on a bad angle when i was first braced. I couldnt close my mouth or chew either... it took about 4-5 weeks.
