Wow, I must have gotten a real bargain. I only paid $2,100 for 10 upper and lower trays and my insurance covered $1,500 of that.

Ugh...that doesn't sound like fun...sorry, I wish I could help more :? One of my top aligners got a crack in it because I had to work so hard getting it out but when my dentist removed one of my top attachments that made it a lot easier to remove. Yours might be cracking for the same reason...are th...

I had the same problem with my aligners at first. It took forever to get the top one out because I had horizontal attachments. It was so hard to get them out that my dentist had to remove one of the attachments and now they come out pretty easily (under 30 seconds compared to 10 minutes of pulling o...

I'm not a dentist, but I believe that generally you want your teeth to meet up when you bite down. I noticed this difference myself with my teeth after about 7 weeks and it's a great feeling to know that my bite is getting better!

I've had Invisalign for five months and there are people at work I run into every week who weren't even aware of it until I mentioned it. I think a lot of it is in your head...don't be so worried. Just think of how great your teeth will look when you're done! :D

I think I'm around 20-21 hours a day. I'm supposed to have them in 22 hours a day but 2 hours out for eating and cleaning your teeth is VERY hard. When I told my dentist I'm around 20 hours a day she said that's better than most people and she didn't seem too concerned about it, so I'm not too worri...

I've got four horizontal attachments on my top front teeth and 4 vertical attachments on my lower teeth. The top aligner is a lot harder to get off than the bottom one because of the horizontal attachments. The bottom one comes off in 2 seconds but the top one takes about 10-15 seconds. After the al...
