I had the same problem with my aligners at first. It took forever to get the top one out because I had horizontal attachments. I'm not a dentist, but I believe that generally you want your teeth to meet up when you bite down. I noticed this difference myself with my teeth after about 7 weeks and it's a great feeling to know that my bite is getting better!

I've had Invisalign for five months and there are people at work I run into every week who weren't even aware of it until I mentioned it. I think a lot of it is in your head...don't be so worried. Just think of how great your teeth will look when you're done!
