I have been braced for 11 months and I am clinching and grinding my teeth so much that it wakes me up at night. The ortho really can't do anything to help right now. I hope you get through it.

Hi I was braced Sept 19, 2006! I am 25 years old and I just wanted to know how soon into treatment do you get elastics? My teeth are straight now but my mid line is way off... Ps.. This website has helped so much

I am new here but wanted to let you guys know of a new gadget I found at target. It is called a dentek pick it is on a key ring and has a mirrow and a light. This is a very cool thing to have and will save some embarrising moments.
