i have ceramic uppers and metal lowers.

i started clenching my jaw recently and i have had my braces for about 7 month..and i also like some of the other posters wake up bearly being able to open my mouth..so frustrating! i just thought it was caused by having to wear elastics at night but hopefully this will go away as my bite is straigh...

hi everyone..i just found this website earlier..and decided to check it out..i've had my braces on for about 7 months now..and it seems like everyday a new tooth starts to hurt..not fun..but..i cant wait till i get them off and i have beautiful teeth..just saying hi!

i am a sophmore in college..and i've had my braces on for about 7 months now..and i am still very nervous about meeting new people b.c of my braces..but it will be worth it when i get them off and have beautiful straight teeth!
