I definitely had those spacers!! :o They gave me the worst pain..I only had them on for about a week. Honestly, I think that the spacers were the worst part of this treatment for me. :(

Oh my gosh, I am so sorry about that!! :shock: These tools that dentists use, scare the HECK out of me..and with these braces, the sharp tools always seem to slip and poke me really hard somewhere! :roll:
I'm really sorry about what happened, I hope you feel better! :D

Thanks so much for your help everyone! I am glad I am not the only one who encounters canker sores. They always seem to "appear" right before I have a dentist appointment..which is odd... :?, but maybe it is stress? I have terrible dentist anxiety..lol. :lol: But what worries me the most....
