I'm starting to get a bit of pain in my teeth now. Is this normal? I was really only expecting pain in the roof of my mouth, cheekbones etc.

Thanks for the replies, I am getting a bit sore in the front teeth but its not too bad.
I have been rinsing with salt water too, only problem is its a bit messy because I haven't figured out how to spit yet
