I voted yes as I am planning to pay off my instalments before the end of the financial year so that I can claim the maximum amount of medical expenses on my tax return.

I lost 3kgs after I got 8 of my teeth taken out, but I put it all back on once I was allowed to eat solids again. But since the separators were put on (8th of August), I've lost 4 kgs. I'm the same as most of you - I just can't be bothered brushing all of the time!

Me too! For all those days I was deprived of real food, I made it up with smoothies, juices and lots of hot chocolate. Everytime I'm feeling a bit tender and want something sweet, I have a glass of pineapple juice.

I thought I would miss gum because I used to have such bad breath - but since giving up all that sugar, my breath is fine! It's a shame it took getting braces to make me cut down on sugar. :?
