Do any of you have spaces in between your bonded retainer? I'm not talking about black triangles, I'm talking about a 1 mm space in between teeth that are bonded with a permanent retainer?

Should I ask my ortho about this?

I was wondering, if you accidently swallow the glue when they are scraping the glue off, is this toxic? I know I inhaled that powdery residue when they were polishing my teeth....

I guess I cannot get IPR done now? I have a permanent retainer where that black triangle is on the upper. Why didn't my ortho tell me about this when I asked him about it so many times?!!!!
