Your teeth look fantastic, hope mine turn out as good as yours, I found out today Im getting an expander in Jan 16th so not looking forward to that, had my ceramic braces on my uppers for 1 week, still getting used to them!!

Ive just been to my ortho and been told Im getting an expander - so wasn't expecting this!! :cry: :cry: :cry: He's not putting it on till after Christmas which i suppose is a good thing!! Im getting it done the same time as my 6 week check up so he'll change my wire and ligs then put the expander in...

Well, thats me, feel as if im sporting a trout pout at the moment. Everything went well, no major problems, ive got spacers in my back two teeth and Ive to go back next Wed to get something added to my back teeth, not sure what mind you!!!

Ill try and get some pictures up at some point!!

Hi Everyone, Well the big day is looming, im really quite nervous! Still dont know about ceramic or metal, when I went for consultation last week the ortho suggested metal ones as they would be quicker then the practice manager said I would be better getting the ceramic as i'm paying private not NHS...

Hi, I was wondering about this also, like what you can eat?? I only drink tea in the morning with lots of milk (baby tea) will this do any harm?? Do tomato foods stain them also?? I read somewhere not to use whitening toothpaste while you had braces on as the bit of the tooth with the bracket might ...
