I have that problem too, and also I'm always surprised when they expect me to answer questions with their hands in my mouth!

During my last adjustment I got bottom braces! (super fun ) But I actually got used to them surprisingly fast! I'm expecting rubber bands for my next adjustment in a few weeks....

Thanks for the reply! I was worried that the braces would rub more against my bottom lip, and I really don't want to have a big puffy lip, but I'll see how it is tomorrow. It will be worth it when they come off!

I've had my braces on for just over a month. I'm sort of used to them being in my mouth, however a day doesn't go by where I completely forget about them. Whenever I look into a mirror I have to do a double-take, because I'm not used to seeing them in my mouth!
