well i guess i don't really notice a difference yet. i mean, things feel better, but im staying much more hydrated and doing the salt water rinses too, so who knows what is working...

wow, let me tell you, i know all about staying hydrated now! New year's eve night i learned my lesson big time by drinking alcohol and not enough water before going to bed. i was dying new year's day feeling all cut up and sore! drink water, drink water drink water! it really helps!

i just got morgan bumpers (google it if needed) and wow what a difference. they say not to sleep with em in, but im assuming thats a CYA thing to make sure so one sues them for choking but screw em, it works great at night.

just wanted to let you know that i feel your pain! somehow my expander moved up to be flush with the top of my mouth (maybe as my mouth got bigger?) so i only had to deal with it for a couple weeks, but it was hell. sorry, i hope it gets better

hey i just bought this mouthwash cuz it looked like it would be good for keeping my mouth from feeling all cut up. anyone have any experience with it, pros or cons?

My ortho said if im having pain to eat cold things LIKE ICE CREAM to ease the pain because the wires try to go straight when they are warmed up (to mouth temp) but relax a bit when cold and then ease the pain. so, hmm, opposites advises..
