I'm in Kansas City, Missouri/Kansas. I went with Express for $2300. If I'd gone for the full package, it would have been $4500 - which was fairly consistent among the providers I contacted.

I had impressions taken on Nov 15th for Invisalign Express. It is now 10 weeks later. My dentist has been trying to get ahold of Align for the past 3 weeks to find out the status of my trays and just got word this morning that they should be here in 2 weeks.
