definitely get an electric. I use hge ORal B as well, and it's great. I brush as often as you, and it seems to work.

I had the same thing. Mine still hurts I'm 2 months in. The best advice I can give you is the chew softly and carefully and it does get better.

I have sever TMJ and grind my eeth. I agree it is a personal thing, but my headaches have gotten less and less, and I've learned to grind less because of the pain, for me my mouth stopped once the pain got bad enough. It will get better.
