Merytan, The ortho called it a plastic tray. He took a new mold and had it sent away, I assume, I had to come back the following week. He said it would fix the teeth that were separating from the band and while he was at it he was going to turn them ever so slightly. As my top teeth are/were very st...

You can alway ask if your ortho offers smart clip brackets they don't need ligs as the arch wire clicks into the bracket.

I have self litigating brackets So no colored ligs. They put in an overlay wire on top of my first wire and added a power chain to my front four teeth. (Well at least they are supposedly front teeth......) Or should I say soon to be front teeth? Try flossing with two wires in your brackets.... one f...

Another killer vegi is asparagus. Same thing as the celery.... some stays in your braces and the rest chokes you to death.
I say the should make chocolates that are shaped like vegetables that way we get the best of both worlds. :-#)

Hi adultbraces
I also had a power chain added when they said we are going to close the gaps. Not knowing what that was when they asked what color I had no idea they put on silver and you really cant notice it any more than the braces them self.
I think next time I'll try purple.
