I just had an adjustment done yesterday and my mouth is sooo sore today. I have taken some pain pills but it is not helping. I am hoping tomorrow the soreness will start to go away.

I miss chips and popcorn. Me too I mush everything to eat. It's easier to eat when I chew small pieces. It will get better.

My first night was rough too. I took pain medicine and put wax all over. Today I am more sore than yesterday but I keep telling myself to relax and it will be fine.

I am starting to feel the same way. My youngest does not like them and had a complete meltdown when she saw me. I do keep telling myself about the end result. I am starting to feel the pressure now. Hang in there Mazdagirl. I am here for you.
