i'm a huge meat fan myself, and i've found a great solution to cope with all the pain from having had all my wisdom teeth removed. try boiling the meat really hard, chop it down, then toss it into a blender. i love this shake, it's brilliant

p.s. your first days seem like a lot of fun why did you have to order the brushes? isn't your ortho supposed to provide you with them, after installing all the hardware?
