I have the clear plastic retainers.....When my ortho told me 24/7 I was told to leave them in all the time except when I am eating.....then brush and put them back in...because leaving them out for to long at first can allow your teeth to shift.

I live in southern ohio....and I just had my braces removed yesterday....It cost me a little over $600 for my retainers. I would go ahead and have the cough drops. I do believe halls makes the cough drops with a liquid center. I know I have see them before just cant remember exactly who makes them. Maybe see if you like those until you get use to not bitting on them.

At the school I am going to they are kinda strict. No rings of any kind (even wedding bands), earings, or necklaces.

Okay heres my problem....

I am currently in college for Phlebotomy. And next quarter I have to work in a hospital for an 8 hour class one day a week.

Should I go for a plain color like grey that wont stick out as much or should I continue getting what ever I want?

Does anyone know if there is a reason why they put ligs in a figure 8?

The first set of ligs they put on normally and at my first adjustment she put a few ligs on top and bottom in the figure 8. But the figure 8 ligs are here and there.

I didnt know why she did that?

You should be okay until Monday.

Also if your tooth is more tender now It may hurt more to have someone that does not normally put ligs on to try and put one on.
