Thanks everyone :D I puts LOTS of wax to top and bottom molar bands and that has helped alot. When it starts to move I simply put it back in place with my tongue or with finger. Do you recommend a specific kind or brand of wax? I am using the one the dr gave me but it doesn't stay put. Yesterday when I was brushing I found some wax under the wire of my two bottom front teeth It traveled a long way!
