it vairies from person to person i had mine on for 4 weeks. there the worst bit of braces i found! the most painfull bit anyway!

hey ive not yet had my first brace tightning! but im well nervous ive been lead to beleive u get a new wire but i dont know i hope its not painfull!

no you should feel pressur for 2 weeks then it eases off and usualy you will see a noticable diffrence in your teeth . ever now and a gain i get a feeling of pressure on a odd tooth for a day .but not feeling pressure dosent mean its not working. xx

yes ive had constant head ach for about a month now. its ok tho its just your teeth moving around! iburaphen works realy well. xxk

hi ive had a quad helix for nearly 6 months now...... i was also very sacred but it didnt hut me one bit once yr spacers are out it just slips on and u gta bite down and its on it will feel odd at first then you will totaly get usto it i cant feel mine.

hi, clear bands ,white or smoke are all realy unnoticable.
or if you wanted have a pale blue they look nice but dont look too 13 year old!

hi im 22 and just got ceramic braces on wednesday coz ive dental phobia and am terrified of anything like that! but i can honestly say it didnt hurt once at all! they just stick it on. and even puting the wires it didnt hurt. my teeth just felt tight like someone was pushing them..... theres nothing...

hi! hang in there. i just got braces on wednesday and i was in agony but its gone today! i found holding icecream in my mouth helped alot!
and also throat sweets kinds numbed my gums but you wont be able to bite down for afew days...

but fear not it will only last bout 2 days... best of luck!xxk

ive never heard that ....id mayb google it to double check but i recon she was talking crap.

wow i actuly assumed that i was totaly alone in my fear!
its good to know that others are as scared as me!

i beleive my fear came from a fear of needles too.... im scared to have anything done even reclinng the chair can be enough to send me in a panick attack racing for the door!

hi after 6 years of trying to be brave i just got ceramic braces on today........i was so scared to get them on but it wasnt as bad as i thought...
any one elce got a dental phobia?
