I just got fitted for bonded retainers (top and bottom) on Tuesday. My braces are coming off on the 19th.

I am going in for what I think may be my last adjustment on June 14th. My ortho will be filing a few teeth that have miniscule gaps to close up, I'm talking real small.

Has anybody out there gone through this process? If so, how long does it normally take for the tiny gaps to close up?

Congrats!! I noticed that you and I were braced the same day, I got Daemon III on December 7th' 04 as well!! Hopefully that means the end is near for me too !

I have had the same problems, bith with the hooks and the elastics. When the sores are really bad I rub a bit of hydrogen peroxide to prevent any type of infection.

To all of you naked teeth, what are the last steps before being naked? I have had x-rays at my last appointment and my ortho is super relunctant about time estimates. My teeth are nicely aligned and she talked about tweeking a few teeth, does this mean the end is near? I need to have some kind of id...
