3 weeks post op and first big bike ride!
Hi there, managed to get out on my road bike today and completed about 20 miles of a hilly route, felt great to be out on the bike and also feeling normal! I get pretty fed up having to take it easy!

Well, the gap in my front teeth widened to 8mm, but now has reduced to 3 mm which has improved my speech no end. Cant wait to have the expander thing removed in August, I am sure it will seem odd with out it in.
