I have bonded upper and lower retainers and I only wear my Essix retainers at night. I don't know how comfortable I would be with wearing just the Essix retainers at night if I didn't have the bonded ones.

I have to go back in 1 month, then 3 months and then 6 months. If everything is ok after 6 months I think I"m off the hook unless I have some issue with my bonded retainers.

Great progress so far. Your teeth moved tremendously in the first 6 weeks. I'm sure there were things happening between weeks 10 and 3 months but are not being picked up by the camera.
