... says it changes. It changes in all the photos I've ever seen of jaw surgery. It tips up/nostrils flair. Sometimes it widens. I don't know about Arnett/Gunson. Do we really believe they're work is different?

... I was proposed 5mm upper jaw impaction and lower jaw 15mm movement. To me the lower jaw sounds too much. For anyone here who has consulted with Arnett/Gunson do you mind sharing your case and proposed jaw movement, impaction etc....

Lol how many times has this been asked. arnett/gunson are ranked pretty highly. wolford is held in similar prestige. i imagine there are others. i can only speak for the surgeons i met with (over 5), and arnett/gunson were leagues ahead of them ...

it shouldn't matter what your ortho wants. gunson and arnett handle patients in other states and other countries. the problem with braces is that arnett and gunson will provide explicit instructions to the ortho in how they want your teeth to be moved. ...
