Daughter with bad Teeth

My daughter was in an accident 2 years ago and 1 of her front tooth broke off fully and the other front tooth was broken in half. Now that tooth is starting to turn into a shade of grey. Does anyone know whats happening and anything that can stop it?

Also my daughter wants to get those two front teeth fixed during the summer holidays and wants to get braces too. She also has a baby tooth that has not fallen out yet and the dentist has said that he will have to pull it out to allow the adult tooth to grow out, but he isn't sure if the adult tooth will grow out or not. And she really doesn't want to pull it out since it isn't really effecting her at the moment.

And is it okay to get braces as soon as the dentist has fixed the broken teeth?

Sorry if I rambled on a bit but I just need a bit of help in deciding what to do with her.

I doubt you'll find anyone here qualified to answer your questions. You should really take her to her dentist and an ortho for professional advice. Anything you find here will just be opinion. Especially the grey tooth thing though... I've never heard of that before and I'd be running to a dentist instead of waiting around here for answers.

If it is grey it probably means that the tooth nerve has "died". It sounds like she needs a crown on 1 or both teeth.. Yes, please take her to a dentist.

My daughter lost both her upper central incisors, as a result of an accident. Her ortho brought the lateral incisors together and her appearance is fine.
