Good day all
I'm new to the forum my daughter had her braces done on Saturday 12/8/2017 the first 2 days was hell for her but she is adjusting she needs to get used to the idea of not been able to eat all the thing she used to.
Looking forward to all the helpful information from other parents in the same boat.

Hi, how is she doing now.
hopefully okay since its been two months already.
she will have some sore pains at some adjustments but not as bad as the beginning.

I actually have two advices since ive put braces twice now.
1- have her stick to the elastics if shes ever needed them exactly how her ortho instructs her to, to have her treatment done on time.
2- RETAINERS. RETAINERS. RETAINERS. trust me when i say second time braces is a nightmare.
