Hi everybody!! I just got my lingual braces last week (upper and lower) and 3 teeth extracted 2 days ago oooouuuuccccchhhhhhh!!!!
Upper linguals were ok but lower ones are still giving me trouble. Eating is getting better though .
I hope I had done this when I was a kid...I'm almost 30 now

Welcome, chesters.
At 30, you've still got plenty of years in front of you. All the best for your journey, keep us posted.

Haha, I am calling you my braces twin because I had upper/lower linguals and 3 extractions all within a weeks time too!!!
I know EXACTLY what you're going through! I got my braces September 5th and had my extractions the 7th!
Happy to meet you! I'm sure we'll have many stories to share!

Haha, hey there!!
Well do you have regular linguals or ibraces?? My ibraces are very small and smooth... i can run my toungue all over them and it doesn't get torn up at all unless there's a pokey wire or something!! I once had a scratchy bracket that hurt my toungue- but eventually i got used to it and i guess my toungue :toughened: up!
Have you tried any wax?
