I have had linguals for about 6 months now. In the last few weeks, I have noticed that my gums, specifically behind my front teeth, are so swollen that I can't even get floss under the brackets. Everytime I brush my teeth, it is a painful and bloody experience.
I had my teeth cleaned in late November and have an appointment for Monday, but I was wondering if anyone had some advice to bring down the swelling before then. Thanks!
