HELP!! Roots left in after extraction

Hi,

I have had lingual braces for 7 months now, getting on fine...had 2 pre-molars extracted 6 weeks ago and it went fine.

Yesterday I had 2 more pre-molars extracted from the other side...both roots were left in. The orthodontist said these would naturally disintegrate. However I can see the roots in the wound, so there is alot left in.

These were taken out to make space for my over crowded teeth....how will these teeth be able to move with roots in the way?? Also is it true they will disintegrate?? I am really worried....has anyone else had a similar experience??
