Give it a few weeks and things should settle down. You will be able to eat hamburgers again, soon.

Thanks lionfish. Do you have Ibraces? Did you find the chewing to be extremely weird?

No, I didn't have Ibraces, can't remember what brand I had but they were pretty low profile. And I only had them on top (had labial brackets on the bottom).

Eating generally was a bit weird at first. I think I'd pretty much adjusted after a couple of weeks.

i have ibraces they are great so far the worst bit is the first 7 days then after that every problem you have with them just seems to fade away. My two front teeth had a gap and that closed after 2 weeks
