I am so glad this question was asked because I was way too shy to ask the Ortho about kissing with linguals. Haha! So it's undetectable?

I have upper lingual and am waiting for ceramic lowers, which at the moment are going to be put on in a few months. I've had them for 2 days now and have mastered how to speak and eat with them on within reason, so I'm very happy :D

Jenny, I have had to alter where I put my tongue when I say my S and Th sounds but I just go higher into my roof of my mouth if that makes sense because if my tongue touches the brackets I sound very lispy. I have only flossed once in 2 days, because it is uncomfortable, I just rinse with the mouthwash and try to brush really well, I know I'll have to floss more, it's just so awkward at the moment..

I got ibraces on the 19th and can't talk correctly or chew anything :\

I'm praying the speech problem goes away by September, because I am a theatre major at school and it will be my last semester before graduation. Can;t be a leading lady with a lisp :(
Ibraced since 19, July 2010 - 9 months.
