Can anyone tell me if there are products that will make my lingual braces less painful on my tongue? In particular, the pain is on my back four teeth where my tongue rubs against the end brackets. I have tried wax and salt water rinses to no avail... the wax just seems to crumble and fall off back there. Help, please!!!!!!

I suggest that you use more wax, fashion it into a "roll", then stick it across several brackets where it's rubbing your tongue. It will stick and you can eat with it in place. Keep up the salt water rinses anyway.
It took around 10-14 days for my tongue to get used to the brackets.

Just keep working with the wax. You will figure it out. In the beginning, it seems like you will never be able to talk or be comfortable. Before you know it, you will feel normal again.

Dont bother with the wax, its a big mess and it's a struggle to take it out everytime to change it and u will gag too... eeeekkkkkkk.... i rather be in pain then have that feeling again with the wax...... *gags............
Just take the pain... if it's too painful and tongue starts bleeding etc, i suggest u see ur ortho so they can make it smoother and they have this special paste they can put to make it easier on d tongue
hope this helps.. hang in there....
