The jorney has started, I had my bonded retainner removed (failed invislaign treatment) and a new retainer made, I have the final impressions done this week and have an instal date at the end of Nov.
My Ortho has scheduled a 1 1/2 hour appointment to fit the upper arch. can anyone decribe the process?
Your advise will me much appreciated. Is an 1 1/2 hours rather long in your experience?
Thanks

Here is my process when placing lingual braces.
Isolation and tooth preparation:
The teeth are isolated, polished, etched, rised, dried, bodong agent placed
Indirect bracket bonding tray placement:
The indirect bonding tray that hold the brackets are placed on the teeth and either held in position or light cured (depending on the type of cement used)
This process will be repaeated depending on how many sections the trays are made into.
The trays are then removed leaving the braces on the teeth. Any extra cement is cleaned up and the archwires are placed.

Hi Charliebrace, Im getting my Ibraces on in Nov. 23rd and my Ortha said it should only take 1 1/2 for both upper and lower.
By the way, If I could ask, why are you getting the uppers done at a different time? Just curious. I didn't think about doing that so I would have time to adjust. Im still a nervous wreck getting these things on.
