Hello everyone.
Has anyone had incognito braces on their upper teeth only? My orthodontist recommends that I have incognito on the upper teeth and ceramic on the lower teeth, as I will be having orthognathic surgery at some point.
What's your experience of this arrangement?
Thanks,
Lola

A few things:
* SureSmile lingual is much better than Incognito as there is much more control and predictability
* SureSMile is the absolut best way to accomplish orthodontics/orthognathic surgery as the virtual treatment is second to none.
* I trained with the originator i Germany and after 20 Incognito cases I stopped. granted it may have evolved, but it is not the best lingual system
* Surery with lingual brackets is tough from a surgical standpoint and, more importantly, from a hygiene standpoint.
Evaluate your options carefully before proceeding.
