I think there's a bunch of products out there with similar names. I see the Power Flosser made by WaterPik - seems a little cheap, IMO. It got some decent reviews, but the people who didn't like it had some valid complaints (flimsy, not durable, hard to use). I have the Waterpik Ultra Cordless Water Flosser - got it at Kohl's for ~$40. I really love it. It's small enough that it doesn't take up much room on my bathroom counter, I charge it maybe once a week. I use it before brushing to loosen up whatever's stuck in my braces. And honestly, on those days when I don't have time to brush after a meal, I'll just use the water flosser & it feels much better.

It doesn't have as big a reservoir as the regular "Ultra Water Flosser", needs to be refilled a few times during each use. But it's not a big deal, and takes up much less space.

BTW, I'd recommend still using regular floss to really get in between teeth. But the waterpik was definitely one of the best purchases I made since getting my linguals :D

Hope that helps!

The cordless model of waterpik doesn't have enough pressure to dislodge food from your braces. It's better to go with the regular model.
I'm the owner/admin of this site. Had ceramic uppers, metal lowers ~3 years in my early 40's. Now in Hawley retainers at night!

I have the small "normal" model which is flippin' brilliant.
Plenty of pressure for dislodging things you didn't even know were there, and gets round your whole mouth on one fill of water.
My bathroom layout is annoying because the side of the sink that has the shaver socket doesn't have enough flat space to put the WaterPik, and also the tube from the unit to the handset thingie isn't very long, but I'm making it work and everything feels *so* clean afterwards.

I've got a water pik spam (EDIT: Since that got blocked as Scam... WP250, ps it's a bit annoying how tight this board is on such things) it apparently is easier to use in the UK shaver sockets. Can't recommend highly enough. Not even just for braces but gum health too. First few times at full power will hurt and you might even get blood but after a while it'll make everything feel a lot better and cleaner.

I just got one (not the cordless kind) for Christmas, and oh man, I love it. I can't believe that I went so long without getting one. It makes me feel so, so much cleaner, and it's great for gum health. Our daughter has been using one the entire time that she's been in braces (about eight months now), and her orthodontist is always really impressed by how well she is taking care of her teeth and gums.

And eek...it really does manage to find things hidden that I thought had been cleaned out. Gross, but it's thorough.
