** One Year Anniversary **

#1 Post by Lyn »

Yipee!! I am officially celebrating one year!!! :-)o

It is hard to believe that it has been one year already. At times it has felt like forever - but now I know I am getting closer and closer to the end!! :D
My last adjustment (June) my Dr. said that I should finish up early......but what does that mean???

I am hoping for Christmas, but won't be disappointed if I have to go until February. [that will be will be almost 18 mos.] How many people do you know that finished early?? Just curious.

Take care everyone - hope everyone is surviving all the RAIN!!!!!

Lyn, where are you located? Northeast US? That's where I have been hearing about flooding and all of that.

Congrats on making it a year! What was your original timetable for braces? Two years? If even a few months got cut off of that, how wonderful for you!!

Congrats Lyn on one year! I have three more months to go till I get to my one year anniversary. I think it was slow in the beginning, but the longer I have the braces the faster it seems to be going.

I'd settle for any shorter time at all even if it was just a month.

Take Care

YES - the east coast has been hard hit by rain!! 14 inches last week! yuck.

My progress has been terrific. Each time I go in the ortho is impressed with the movement. I am anxious now to finish up because the teeth are "visibly straight". I know the roots, gums, nerves, etc. still have a lot of work to do, so I am practicing PATIENCE!!

I know the last 6 - 8 months are going to fly by, cause it always seems like Christmas comes right after summer is over (for me at least the fall is the fastest season to pass by)!

Take care!
