Adjustment??

At my appointment yesterday, they only changed my ligs and clipped my wire. Is that considered an adjustment? It had only been 4 weeks since I got my braces up top, and I have to go back again in 4 weeks to change my ligs again. I thought people usually went every 6 to 8 weeks. Does anyone else go in every 4 weeks? And I had no idea it was going to hurt so bad when she changed my ligs. Up until yesterday, I had no pain with my braces, but that really hurt!!! Thankfully, it only hurt while she was changing them. My teeth feel fine now.

I have adjustments every 4 weeks and I love that. It feels like this whole process is going by faster I find.

I used to only get my ligs changed and a wire tie tightened/renewed for a bit...I only got a new wire in my 4th adjustment...but since than, I've only really had my ligs changed...new wire ties added...and a spring...that's it.
