so ive had my braces on for over a month now, and is it normal that everytime i wake up from sleeping my teeth feel sore? is it just how i sleep maybe?
and the bracket thingy on my bottom right molar came loose today, and the ortho isnt open till monday, what should i do, should i just take it off?
DONT take it off, that happened to me, but it was a saturday and the monday was a public holiday! keep it relatively clean until you can make an EA (emergency appt)
