Wiggle your toes and breath through your nose. Gagging is 90% psychological so just relax and remember to breath. If you have a lot of trouble you can ask for them to wipe topical anesthetic on your palate, I have had good success with some gagging patients.
I have also heard that putting a bit of vicks vapo rub under your nose helps. I don't quite know why. Maybe the smell tricks you ear /nose/ throat part of the brain???!!! I haven't a clue! But apparently it works for many.

I used some of that yesterday when i got them on and also realized that my gag reflex isn't so bad after all. thanks.
