ONE YEAR Anniversary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One year ago today I got my braces on! I can not believe how fast time went. I remember the day after I got them on I was wondering how I was going to do this for 2 years. Before I knew it a year has already passed!
I suppose you all would like to see some progress pictures? Ah I know you do, we love those progress pictures don't we. It is what keeps us going.

Okay here is a picture pre-braces:

Here is one just after getting my braces:

And here is one taken just a few weeks ago:

I am pleased with my progress. Looking forward to getting the chip taken care of and my bottom teeth evened out a bit. Of course that has to wait for when the braces come off.

Sorry I haven't been keeping up but did want to share my progress and encourage all those who are just starting their journey that the time really DOES GO FAST!!!

Great progress Nikkiekoala!!! Your before and now pictures are fabuluos!! You must be thrilled with the changes.

Congrats on your 1 year anniversary, we must have been braced around the same time- I just had my 1 year ann. too.

How much longer do you have to go?

C O N G R A T U L A T I O N S! On your 1 year anniversary, amazing progress.

It is great for us just starting out to see these progress snaps, so thanks for sharing them with us. I hope the next year whizzes by for you, so you have the biggest smile that we are all aiming for.

Congrats on your one year anniversary....

You are making fab progress!! im due to have damon 3 braces put on in one month 11/9/06, very nervous but excited.
I work in a face to face job, so im abit nervous about the response im going to get.
Looking at your pics you can't really notice them too bad being half clear.

Congratulations!! I just had my one year anniversary about a month ago. Its so great to hit that milestone! Time really flies, I cant believe my treatment is almost over already. Good luck with your treatment

Thanks everyone for the complements!!!! This journey has been exciting and encouraging each time I go in for an adjustment. My projected treatment time is 2 years BUT I may get my braces off sooner. I am trying to keep thinking that it will be another year so not to be disappoointed. Things have been moving right along. Thanks again!!!!
