My adjustments take place every 6 weeks wheras i read that most peoples are every four weeks. I thought to begin with it was only my 1st adjustment that took place after 6 weeks, i have later learned this is the time for every adjustment. Why is this longer than most?
newmetal, people vary on how often they go depending on what is to be done and what kind of braces they are wearing. I have gone anywhere from 3 weeks to 10 weeks. (We are all different and the orthodontist determines the time depending on what is happening in our mouths).
Had Damon 3 / Smart Clips for almost 2 years
Now in Hawley upper 10 hours/day, permanent lower retainers
I believe mine will be on a every eight week rotation. I wish it was six weeks. It would make the process seem less expensive per chair time plus it might be quicker.
