I just got my molar bands on yesterday and my first adjustment and got a new wire. I had my ortho email me my progress pics so they are much better than the ones I take. lol

Here is the beginning 7/7/06

I can't believe how quickly they moved. Kind of helps me deal with all the trauma of having braces.

that is some really great progress there! I bet it makes it easier to put up with the hassle of metal mouth right? Well done.

Amazing progress! How long is the estimated time of treatment? Looks like you're well on your way. I'm particularly jazzed because I have the same hardware as you and I'm 1 month behind you. I imagine you are super pleased!

Thanks! I was quoted 24 months. I hope to be done sooner than that, but no mention of it from my ortho. I figured it was too early to bug to get them off early lol

Forgot to mention on 10/11 I got my 4 molar bands and a new wire.

I was expecting a lot of pain from the new wire, but nothing yet. I'm surprised. I hope that doesn't mean it's not working.

Also just got my teeth cleaned for the first time with braces today. Yay!

The camera never lies. That's some progress you've got going there. The new wire will be working. It doesn't have to hurt for that to happen.
