Wow, this morning the glue was taken out of my twin block braces, they're now removable. When they took out the glue I had to wear dorky sun glasses. It really hurt when they picked the glue out and hard pieces of glue flew everywhere. My jaw muscles hurt as well. I'm addicted to taking them in and out. I don't take the top one out though because it makes my mouth taste awful!

Glad you're more comfortable now that they aren't glued in anymore. Are you allowed to keep them out when you eat now, because I remember you posting about not being able to chew with them in?

Try not to get TOO addicted to taking them in and out. They only work when they are in your mouth, not in your hand

Good luck and hope the twinblock does the job!

The twin block appliance is probably the worst thing i had in my treatment out of an expander, twin blocks, spacers, molar bands, braces, headgear and elastics.

Good for you mananging to stick with it. Hope it all continues well.
